Check-in: 2:00 p.m. Check-out: 12:00 noon. Rates do not include taxes. For advance reservations other than by credit/debit card, we require a deposit of one night. Your deposit is refundable if your reservation is canceled not later than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival.
DISCOUNTS: The 7th day of a cottage rental is free of charge for all guests. Group and extended stay rates are available. Contact us for more information.
SURCHARGES: Normal cottage occupancy is 2 persons. There is an extra person charge of $5 per person per night. Pet Charge: $5 per night, plus a $50 refundable deposit against damage.
We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Travelers Checks, cash, cashier's check, or money order for all accommodations. Personal checks accepted by prior arrangement only.
